Watercolor Daisy

A few days back I posted a reel and post on Instagram of some super loose watercolor daisies. White flowers are always a little tough in watercolor, so I usually work in some yellow or some gray to allow the petals to show against the paper. And really, when you are out in nature and see a white flower, there are shadows and layers in every petal. There isn’t really much “true” white. Just go to the paint section of any home improvement store and take a look at all the shades of “white”! I hope you’ll give these daisies a try! Please share your work on Instagram and tag me! Happy painting!
